Delivery

We deliver orders through FAN Courier, to addresses in Romania only. You can order from any country, as long as the delivery address is in Romania.

The production time depends on the order and the model. We give it to you as an estimate when we confirm the order or in the modelling quote, and it is never more than 30 days. If we exceed it, you can cancel the order and we refund the full amount you paid.

Once we hand the parcel to the courier, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

Delivery costs RON 15.00 per order; it is free when the value of the products is over RON 300.00. You see it in the cart and in the order summary, before you send the order.

The products travel at our risk: the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person you name other than the courier, receive the parcel.

If a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, the order is cancelled, at no cost to you. If a card-paid parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, the order is cancelled and we refund the full amount paid to your card.
