Exceptions and limits of the right of withdrawal

A part printed from your own file is goods made to the specifications you gave, and carries no right of withdrawal once the order is confirmed (OUG no. 34/2014, art. 16(1)(c)).

3D modelling is a service: the 14-day withdrawal period runs from the approval of the quote, when the contract is formed. If you expressly ask us to start the work within that period and withdraw after we have started, you pay us an amount in proportion to what we have done up to the withdrawal (OUG no. 34/2014, art. 14(5)). Once the modelling has been fully performed you can no longer withdraw, provided that when you approved the quote you expressly asked us to start the work and confirmed you know you lose the right of withdrawal (OUG no. 34/2014, art. 16(1)(a)).

You can cancel an order to print your own file free of charge until production starts, and a modelling order until the work starts, by writing to team@3dcoco.ro; if you have already paid, we refund the full amount. The legal guarantee of conformity also applies to parts printed from your own file, for defects we caused.

How to withdraw

You can use Withdraw from contract here, at any time within the 14 days, to send your withdrawal statement.

1. If you prefer, you can also send us your withdrawal statement by email to team@3dcoco.ro, with the order number, before the 14 days run out. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
2. Send the product back within 14 days at most of the day you told us you withdraw, to the address we give you in our reply. The direct cost of returning the product is paid by you.
3. The product must come back complete, with every part you received, and as far as possible in the state you received it in. The original packaging is not required, but please pack the product so that it is not damaged in transport.

The refund

We refund every amount we received for the product, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after the day you told us you withdraw. We may hold the refund until we receive the product back, or until you send us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

The refund uses the same means of payment you used: for a card payment, the same card. For an order paid cash on delivery, with your agreement, we refund by bank transfer to the account you give us. The refund costs you nothing.

The state of the returned product

During the 14 days you may handle and try the product only as you would in a shop, as far as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If you used it more than that, or damaged it, you answer for the diminished value: the refund is reduced by the real loss in value, which we must be able to prove, and we tell you the reason in writing (OUG no. 34/2014, art. 14(3) and (4)).

We check every returned product when it arrives and keep photos of the state it arrived in.
